Ensuring Integrity

AH&T's Ensuring Integrity is a valuable continuing education program established for directors and officers and the companies they advise. The ever-evolving curriculum focuses on the current environment of and trends in corporate governance and compliance obligations. Designed to be implemented annually, Ensuring Integrity should reduce the likelihood of litigation over time.

Ensuring Integrity takes place as a part of a regular board meeting and there is no cost to clients to implement it. The annual course, which integrates a company's auditors and legal counsel, is custom-tailored to the individual issues and concerns faced by a participating company. Program topics include the latest trends in regulatory developments, litigation, accounting rules, D&O insurance issues and ever-evolving best practices standards for corporate governance.

Insurers have recognized Ensuring Integrity as a productive, comprehensive approach to reducing D&O claim frequency and mitigating the severity of claims that may be filed. Several of AH&T's underwriting relationships have committed to providing participating companies with preferred D&O liability insurance pricing, coverage terms, and available capacity, all of which may result in significant bottom line savings related to D&O liability insurance costs.
